Social Circle, Georgia

is a hospitable small town near Atlanta.
You, too, could live here
if you have the appropriate skin color,
if you don’t mind sharing the space
with 10,000 residents.

There’s a million square feet of
warehouse space, enough to hold 12 football fields,
though you’d be confined to a chain-link pod.
Amenities include cafeterias, on-site health services,
and areas set aside for your one-hour-a-day recreational period.
We’re busy installing ventilation, water and sewer,
so it’ll be move-in ready by late spring.

If you’d like to live in a gated community
that’s maintenance-free and affordable, that can
accommodate the whole family, including children,
contact us to see if you qualify.
